Dear Parents, 

I hope this message finds you well! I am thrilled to share some exciting upcoming events and performance opportunities for our students. 

Beauty and the Beast Jr. Performance 

We are delighted to announce that our students will be performing *Beauty and the Beast Jr.* on **May 1st and May 2nd**. Attached to this email, you will find the rehearsal schedule, a contract, and other important information. Please review these documents carefully. I will send hard copies of the attached documents on May 6th. 

Community Performances 

We have planned several community performances to showcase our talented students: 1. **Retirement Home Visits in Bryan**: On **March 29th**, we will be taking 40 students to two retirement homes in Bryan. We will stop for a meal and return via school bus. Please stay tuned for specific time details. 

2. **First Friday in Downtown Bryan**: In April, our students will be performing at the First Friday event in Downtown Bryan. More details will be shared soon.

 3. **Retirement Home Visit in Houston**: We are also organizing a trip to a retirement home in Houston in April. Stay tuned for further information. 

Participation Information 

All theatre students are welcome to participate in these performances. If your child would like to join, it is essential that they know their parts and work diligently in class. If students are not making the required rehearsals, and are participating in class it will be impossible for them to perform.
