Upcoming Veterans Day Performance

Dear Parents,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an exciting opportunity for our select honor choir to perform at the upcoming Veterans Day event on November 11th during school hours. This performance is a special occasion, and we are thrilled to showcase our talented students.

Choir Selection Criteria

The students selected for this honor choir have been chosen based on their consistency in class rehearsals, positive behavior choices, and punctuality. We are proud of their dedication and hard work.

Choir Attire and T-Shirts

For the performance, students will be wearing jeans paired with our new choir shirts. I am hopeful that the shirts will arrive before the show. Please ensure to store the shirts in a special place, as they will be worn for every performance, and replacements are not available. Thanks to our generous PTO, these shirts are provided at no cost to you.

Performance Schedule

Below is a copy of our upcoming schedule for your reference:

• November 11th: Veterans Day performance during school

• December 3rd: KBXTV food drive performance during school

• December 4th: Holiday Magic at Sue Haswell Memorial Park, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• December 5th: Winter Wonderland at school, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• December 6th: Winter Wonderland at Travis Park, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• December 12th: Performance at Rudder High School with Davilla, 6:30 PM

• January 19th: Delta Sigma Theta MLK March at Kemp Carver Elementary, TBD

• February: Performances at Sadberry, Bohnam, and Navarro, TBD

• April 10th: Blinn College Choir, TBD

• April 30th: Annie Jr. at Rudder High School

• May 19th, 2026: Performance at Rudder with Davilla, 6:30 PM

• Additional Dates: Performances at three retirement homes, two on a Saturday and the third in Cypress.
